Essential Lean Kanban Video

[section_dd][column_dd span=’12’ animation=’fadeIn’][text_dd] In April 2015, I had the pleasure of speaking at one of the best conferences that I have ever taken part in. The LeanUX 2015 in Brooklyn, New York City. The exciting thing about the LeanUX: 1 track, 1 room, 500 people – the energy of all 500 conference participants was omnipresent in the room and did not dissipate into numerous parallel sessions. And that in itself was a truly unique experience. I also noticed it during my talk – I rarely had so much fun up on stage. My proof of this is the video “Essential Lean Kanban” in which I quickly present the six practices:

1  Make work visible
2  Limit the work in progress
3  Manage flow
4  Make policies explicit
5  Establish feedback loops
6  You are allowed to think

I am absolutely looking forward to Brooklyn, NY and 2016!! And you need to be there too – believe me!! [/text_dd][/column_dd][/section_dd]
